DIRECTIONS: From the North or South - Take Route 91 to exit 12 (Route 391) in Chicopee. Once on Route 391 northbound take exit 2 (Chicopee Center/Center Street) and at the bottom of the ramp bear to the right onto Center Street. Turn left at the first traffic light onto West Street. Follow West Street 1/4 mile to the stop sign at the end of the street and the American Legion will be on the left. From the East - Take Route 90 (Mass Pike) westbound to exit 6 (Route 291) in Springfield. After toll booth turn left onto Route 291. Follow Route 291 westbound to Route 91 northbound. Follow Route 91 northbound to exit 12 (Route 391) in Chicopee. Once on Route 391 northbound take exit 2 (Chicopee Center/Center Street) and at the bottom of the ramp bear to the right onto Center Street. Turn left at the first traffic light onto West Street. Follow West Street 1/4 mile to the stop sign at the end of the street and the American Legion will be on the left. From the West - Take Route 90 (Mass Pike) eastbound to exit 4 (Route 91) in West Springfield . After toll booth stay to the left onto Route 91 southbound. Follow Route 91 southbound to exit 12 (Route 391) in Chicopee. Once on Route 391 northbound take exit 2 (Chicopee Center/Center Street) and at the bottom of the ramp bear to the right onto Center Street. Turn left at the first traffic light onto West Street. Follow West Street 1/4 mile to the stop sign at the end of the street and the American Legion will be on the left. From Route 33 (Memorial Drive) - Follow Route 33 (Memorial Drive) southbound to the end and travel straight over the Chicopee River Bridge. Immediately after the bridge bear to the right and through the set of traffic lights onto Church Street. Follow Church Street past the Chicopee District Court and Police/Fire Complex. Turn left at set of lights onto Grove Street. At first set of lights turn right onto Front Street and follow straight approximately two (2) miles passing Chicopee High School, Chicopee City Hall, & Quicky's Resturant. After the set of lights at the Quicky's Resturant turn left onto Cabot St and an immediate right at first set of lights onto Exchange Street. Post #452 will be located on the right hand side at the end of Exchange Street. | |||
